Slots Or Dog Racing – Which One Makes You More Money?

Casino gambling is quite popular today and becoming much more daily. In my area, for instance, there’s a new casino by having an upscale hotel and 2 restaurants. Even though the rooms cost more compared to the best chain hotel around, you can find rarely any vacancies on weekends.

I went once, after they first opened plus it was fun. I played a couple of machines, had an overpriced drink and sampled the buffet – that was good and cost-effective too. It was definitely better compared to the hot dogs and weak coffee the neighborhood dog track serves. But I’ve never gone back, and in all probability won’t.
Why? Well, because I’m a dog player, not really a gambler. I know that might seem to be a contradiction in terms, yet it’s true. If I just enjoyed gambling, I wouldn’t care what I was betting on. A true gambler will bet on two raindrops rolling down a windowpane if he can get someone to take his bet.

Me, I handicap the dogs to make money as a result. I prefer to refer to it as “selective investment” in lieu of gambling. What I do is identical thing that investors do once they put their take advantage stocks which they think are likely to pay back for the reason that company does well.

I put my cash on bets that I feel are going to pay back because the dogs about the tickets are planning to do well. Like the investor who makes cash on the market industry, I’m right often enough to create a profit. My dogs come in more they fail to appear in.

Now, maybe there’s someone out there who are able to let me know the way to perform same thing with slots, but I haven’t met them yet. I know there are mathematical formulas and books that claim to share with you the best way to “work the system” and acquire the slots to pay off. I think they’re bunk.

As far as I will easily notice, the sole skill had to win with the slots is bladder control plus an unending way to obtain money. Give me a race with 8 dogs inside and I can handicap it. Give me a machine which has a computer for a brain and I do not have the opportunity of using skill to conquer it.

Nope, maybe I’ll check out for the food once in awhile, but when you are looking for making money, I’ll stay with my tried and true greyhound handicapping systems and visit the dog track. I recommend that you simply find a very good handicapping method and do the same.
