To picture the battle in all it’s full glory we have to take a step back and make some assumptions. Firstly let’s assume that today is the day that Sen. So that’s it then, the Las Vegas boys win, well they do look like the favorites but there is a little blot on their plan. When we say little it comes in the form of a Billion dollar London stock market company called Party Gaming (LON:PRTY).

This company does not accept American players any more although they did in the past, so why will they be able to apply? Because Party Gaming came to a settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice and paid them $105 million to absolve themselves from any past wrong doing.

It is beyond doubt that when online gambling is legalized fully in the United States at the Federal level, not the complicated piecemeal State by State legislative attempts we see at the moment we will have one of the most exciting battles in the history of gambling. If we had to chose which company to buy our stock in based on the future revenue from online gambling it would be simple, it’s a three way split between LVS, MGM and Party Gaming but then again what do we know?
